At the Fitness & Nutrition Institute , together with our partners at TM Academies , we develop specific fitness programs for athletes and future athletes in various disciplines. We know that athletic success depends on more than talent alone: it requires adequate technical, physical, and mental training.
Many athletes make the mistake of training independently without considering sport specialization . The result: stagnation, injuries, or frustration. We corrected that from the start.
